• GWH Build operate the Mercure franchise with the support of operator Accor
• Mix of 95 doubles, twins, family and disabled access rooms
• Guest parking for 69 vehicles
• Hotel facilities include bar, restaurant and gymnasium 
• Dedicated conference facilities for up to 200 delegates.
