ONE Apartments First Construction Update

Now well into construction, ONE Apartments is set to be one of the tallest in Newcastle at twenty-two stories. ONE has been designed to offer luxurious resort-style living, enhanced by a generous array of premium lifestyle-enriching facilities. Our team are working hard and are happy to report the demolition of the existing site is now complete. With the construction team moving ahead over the recent months ticking off a number of the early works milestones, allowing for our team to stay on schedule. 

With local area service upgrades and relocations underway, underground grouting moves ahead with completion expected by late November. The piling and earthworks are scheduled to start beginning of 2023. With the Key Hunter Water infrastructure upgrade works anticipated to commence during January 2023.
