Records were broken at ONE!
Since our last construction update, records were broken at ONE Apartments with the team pouring the biggest suspended slab in the 27-year history of GWH.
636 cubic meters of concrete were delivered to the site and pumped over the scaffold by two concrete pumps to pour the Level 1 car park spanning over 2000 square meters.
Progress is on track with the mezzanine level complete, and level 1 over half poured. The suspended formwork continues to be constructed and ready for the concrete to be poured as we move on to levels 2, and 3 to complete the car park.
Structural panels have been installed for the car park perimeter, lift shafts and stairs to start forming the building, wet area set-downs have been completed to the first lot of residential units, and the scaffold around the edge of the development has been topped up to level 2.
Currently, there is a lot of interest in the apartments on the northeast corner of the north tower. These apartments offer breathtaking, views across the Newcastle Harbour and up to Nobby's Head, this is a corner of ONE Apartments you won't want to miss.
Hear from Project Manager Bradley Aldous and GWH/RE Real Estate Sales Agent Cassie Osborne for an exclusive update on the latest progress.
