With the Occupational Certificate received, we can proudly say that this project is a testament to the integrated capabilities of GWH and Hunter Construction Group. Taking 4 months to complete, the project used 449m3 of concrete and 32 tonnes of steel from preferred partners Hunter Structural Steel and Hunter Precast. The units range in size from 69m2 to 144m2 offering an ideal investment opportunity to the market. 42 Spitfire Pl comprises 10 affordable and stylish boutique units positioned at the entry to the Stage 5 land release of Anambah Business Park.
