Located on a prime parcel of land at 505-515 Pacific Highway Belmont, we've recently completed this development that is occupied by national brands Guzman y Gomez and Metro Petroleum.
Built on a 2800m2 site, the development consists of a GYG restaurant with dual-lane drive-thru (235m2) and a Metro Petroleum service station (490m2) with the capacity for simultaneous re-fuelling of up to six vehicles.
Constructed over an approximate six month build period, this project was successfully completed leveraging the experience and expertise of Hunter Construction Group and our network of preferred partners.
