Did we mention we're now on LEVEL TEN! That's halfway to the top of the main tower. With ground works now completed for the Hunter & King Street buildings, we'll start to see them rise out of the ground, over the coming months!
There has also been real progress on the level three RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES. The self-cleaning pool shell has now been poured and is curing. Tiling is to be completed later in the year, followed by the surrounding deck. With glazing and walls now complete the gymnasium has taken shape and the space is massive!
The release of our Stage Two apartments (King St Building) has had a great response from the market. The team have sold 11 apartments already.

Basement and Car Park levels - Main Tower
Sprinklers have been installed as well as the blockwork for the plant rooms and tanks.
Level Three - Main Tower
Apartments are painted and glazing has been installed. This week waterproofing and tiling of the bathrooms and laundries has commenced.
Levels Four to Six - Main Tower
Apartments are framed and sheeted with the majority of glazing from Hunter Windows installed. Painting will commence in the next week.
Levels Seven to Ten - Main Tower
Ready for setting out once formwork is removed. Having reached level ten we have also now extended the crane to its full height. It's now the highest crane in the Newcastle skyline.
Hunter Street Building
With the ground floor now poured we'll start to see the walls come out of the ground, with precast installation set in the coming weeks.
King St Building
All footings have been completed and the first panels will arrive in the next month. Keep your eye out next time you drive down King St.
