Level 18 is poured with many of the final panels in place. The tower is nearly complete! It's been a massive push by the team who also completed the structure for the Hunter St building last month.
There continues to be plenty of action internally with the team having already completed and cleaned several of the lower floor apartments. Check the update below;
LEVELS THREE TO FIVE - Main Tower
Builder clean complete. The apartments are looking amazing. See for yourself in the below video.
LEVELS SIX TO EIGHT - Main Tower
Kitchens, flooring and appliances have all been installed. Final fit-offs on the taps, lighting and skirtings are now taking place. Cleaning to commence by the end of the month.
LEVELS NINE TO ELEVEN - Main Tower
Kitchens and flooring are now being installed. All electrical work is also being completed and tested.
LEVELS ELEVEN TO SEVENTEEN - Main Tower
Services, framing, plastering and glazing are in various stages of installation.
HUNTER ST BUILDING
The building structure is now complete. Frames are installed to Level 1, formwork is striped on Level 2 and the team arranging install of the internal staircases of these multi-level apartments.
KING ST BUILDING
Substation is connected and powered up. The remaining groundworks have been completed and the remaining ground floor slab poured. Ready for panels to be installed next week.
