The GWH Team have been on site at Spitfire Place, Rutherford throughout the start of 2019 and are very rapidly nearing completion. 3 weeks ahead of schedule! Spitfire Place consists 5 separate units, over two separate buildings, totalling 950 sqm.
The construction team has been able to progress so effectively by utilising our vertically integrated partnerships within the Hunter Group and doing things The GWH Way. The sites footings (Hunter Readymixed Concrete), fabricated frames (Hunter Structural Steel) and precast panels (Hunter Precast) were all delivered one week ahead of schedule. This was closely followed by the wall sheeting, flashings, guttering and the internal slabs (Hunter Readymixed Concrete). All completed in under 3 weeks! By the end of this week wall framing for the sites amenities and all windows and doors will be in. The middle of April will see Spitfire complete.
There are MYHQ units now selling over three locations with 2 locations in Rutherford and one at Morisset, totalling of over 20 units.

After Spitfire Place, GWH will be moving on to complete construction at both the Morisset site and the second Rutherford location at Kyle Street.
