CREST Georgetown structure complete – Spring finish

Activity has been at an all-time high onsite as push towards a spring finish. 

CREST Georgetown has reached its largest and most exciting project milestones - top out of  construction and structural completion. Despite many unforeseen delays this progress is a credit to the team. Their hard work and resilience in overcoming the challenges surrounding site constraints, weather and external service providers is a testament to the property that will be delivered.

With the structure now complete the team have already made incredible progress internally and are being thorough in their program expectations, ensuring we meet a spring completion.


  • External brickwork facade underway
  • Ground floor block works for commercial spaces completed
  • Ground floor services are now installed
  • Level one services roughed in and wall sheeting completed
  • Windows, doors and glazing has been installed on levels one & two
  • Level two framing and sheeting being completed
  • Level three framing and insulation almost complete


  • Tower crane disassembled first week July (weather permitting)
  • Removal of scaffolding to Georgetown Rd early July (weather permitting)
  • Kitchen installations to levels one & two from early July
  • Waterproofing to wet areas on levels one and two early July
  • Tiling to bathrooms and laundries commencing level one mid July

The countdown is on to welcome residents in just over two months. CREST Georgetown has ONLY TWO, 3-BED APARTMENTS REMAINING and a limited number of the highly sought-after North and East aspects.
