ONE Apartments December Construction Update

WHAT'S HAPPENING ONSITE: 

• Reached Level 14 on the south tower
• Reached Level 11 on the north tower
• On Level 1, apartments are complete and cleaned with kitchens, robes, windows, carpet, and flooring
• Tower crane jumped and is now at full height of 75 meters above ground level
• The pool was lined with shotcrete, and will have the shell installed early in the coming year
• Apartments up to Level 7 are now sheeted with plaster board
• Apartments from Levels 7 to 10 are being framed, and plumbing and electricity is being installed
• Electrical substation has now been connected to the building.

WHAT'S COMING UP NEXT ONSITE: 

• Pouring Level 15 on the south tower 17th December
• Pouring Level 13 on the north tower 18th December
• Service rough-in including sheeting, gym, cinema, and common amenities on the podium level
• Installation of pool plant and filters, followed by pool shell
• Continuation of program to frame, sheet, and finish apartments floor by floor up the towers. 

The team at ONE are working across the Summer months to ensure we get to the top of the two towers by Autumn 2025. With the scaffold now down on Levels 1 - 4, we will start to get glimpses of the towers with the removal of that scaffold around April/May next year.
